Kairos is a National Ministry headquartered in Winter Park, Florida. The National organization consists of an Executive Director, President, Executive Committee and Regional Representatives.

The Regional Representatives are elected from the Regional Districts throughout the U.S., sometimes representing more than one state.

Typically, each state has a District Committee responsible for all Kairos activity within the state.

There is an Advisory Council for each institution, which coordinates all activities for that institution. The Advisory Councils report to the State District Committee, which in turn, reports to the National Headquarters. Visit the institution page to view its respective Advisory Council.
